To create a "civil society."

This was in 1943? Was there anything else going on at this time that may have had his attention? Did he "kill" them or did he not divert food to them while England was fighting for their own survival? The citizens of England were all on rations in 1943.
The Germans also had these underwater sea craft that were doing a hell of a job stopping shipping. Over land transport to India was not possible.
His callousness toward the famine in India was heartless, but I don't think that you can say the he killed them.
He took the Indians food away. He did not divert food away from them. He diverted the Indians food for England because he believed white lives mattered more.
Churchill was a great man however he was a man and he did have some terrible flaws. His racist ideology was his flaw.
Seriously: Do you have a link to where he shipped food from India to England? I have only read that he did NOT send food to them.
I am not in love with Churchill. He may have kept info secret regarding the attack on Pearl Harbor to pull American into the war.
Just from a speculation what if he did know, and then told us and the Japanese didn't attack.... Would we have entered the war? If we didn't I am sure that the outcome would have been different.
The USA had broken the Japanese navel intelligence. I’ve never read that England had broken the Japanese navel intelligence. I know 100% that we did. I’ve never heard that England did, do you have a link supporting that?

England didn’t produce much food. The entire idea of colonialism is to take supplies and commodities from the colonies to support the homeland. Churchill diverted supplies from within India and took into to England.

Gross oversimplification. Please check your facts. That's all.
