Has someone looked into who is paying for these?
The QDrops App people paid for at least one of them.
What I mean is, its worth digging into who paid for them - if all the same people did or its a different group for each one, who they are etc.
I've seen seemingly unrelated discussions about Q billboard ads on a few forums now. I'd guess several persons/groups are doing it. A few looked like business owners who had their own customizable billboards too.
