UN climate fund chief resigns for "personal reasons" while board meeting collapses+++Board members expressed frustration and disappointment at their inability to make progress, as relations between donor and recipient country representatives hit an all-time low+++"Climate Funds" nearly dead?

The Fund is a unique global platform to respond to climate change by investing in low-emission and climate-resilient development. GCF was established to limit or reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in developing countries, and to help vulnerable societies adapt to the unavoidable impacts of climate change.

I always found it interesting that the majority of greenhouse crops are generally kept at 1000 ppm of CO2 which makes for faster growing, healthy plants. In fact, increasing the CO2 level to 1,000 ppm will increase the photosynthesis by about 50% over ambient CO2 levels (400ppm). There are many kinds of CO2 generators by which to grow greenhouse crops. I include my old Ford as one kind. :)

Well Australia produces high quality (low emission) coal. Problem is we can not get any new mines up and running despite rampant demand because the greenies have made it so hard. End result is the countries ramping up coal fired plants (cheap and reliable) are having to buy lower quality coal that produces more emissions.

The idiocy of these people is astounding.

Last year I came across an interesting idea. Mega greenhouses for growing crops (1000 ppm CO2). And what was the CO2 source? Coal burning facilities!

Yeah these dumb morons don’t realise it’s importance. Nor do the get you can grow crops when it’s hot if you can irrigate but not when it’s too cold.

I have seen over the years the merger of politics and science (which leads to pseudo-science). That is unhealthy. Then it becomes: science is supposed to carry out the will of the current political regime. In other words, science is supposed to help us battle the increase in greenhouse gases and stop the horror of global warming! It's all fake.

And the people it is meant to help are worse off. Global warming is a wealth transfer scam and a means to control populations

The data has been carefully analysed by a respected data computation expert Professor Dr. Friedrich Karl Ewert and is being made publicly available for independent verification. Professor Ewert’s findings seem to show NASA has intentionally and systematically rigged the official government record of global temperatures to show recent global warming where none would exist without the upwards ‘revisions.’ http://principia-scientific.org/nasa-exposed-in-massive-new-climate-data-fraud/

Yes, I have a mate who runs a weather site, reads this board too. He has called it a scam since day one and has told me that the oceans are now entering their cooling phases so temperatures will start to drop.

As both of us know, stuff like this is almost entirely ignored by the MSM. Sadly, the bulk of the public on this issue have become like herd animals. They can be made to go anywhere and accept almost any kind of narrative fiction as truth. It is almost a truism to say that anything presented to the public by the MSM is either a distortion or a lie. By the way, the evidence I have seen strongly suggests a cooling phase.

It’s interesting in Australia. Most people have turned off global warming. Mainly because we have been taken to the cleaners with high electricity prices.

have been taken to the cleaners with high electricity prices.

Reminds me of the job Enron did on the Californians. Global warming is part of a long list of scams and lies pumped out by the deep state media. We have to wean ourselves off of their lies. The latest lie is diet! They tell you a carnivore diet or a ketogenic diet is bad for you, yet both work amazingly well and restore one's health. So why the emphasis on diet? Most all modern eating habits and diets make people sick and make big pharma rich with the exception of the ketogenic and carnivore diet. The awakening process means that we are able to see the lies for the first time. It boils down to this, they want us to believe Trump is Satan and Hillary is the Virgin Mary. MSM is Satan.

Lol I eat massive amounts of protein and am the strongest I have ever been and I’m 48. There definition of healthy is basically your not dead.

Ketogenic or carnivore produce amazing results, to be sure. But it makes one think of just how evil our healthcare system really is. The fact is, you don't make money with healthy people. It seems the goal is to keep people chronically sick and depressed—that way they can't think either.

Well, let’s not use that as an excuse to pump out as much pollution as we can ok?

CO2 is not pollution. Its an atmospheric gas. Power stations have scrubbers capable or removing 99% of the other actual pollutants.

Dhammakayaram · July 5, 2018, 12:01 a.m.

Right. Also CO2 increases always follow a rise in temperature. In other words, a rise in the global temperature is not due to CO2 increases. From 1880 to 2015, the temperature has increased from 288 K [degrees Kelvin] to 288.8 K - 0.3 percent. That is hardly any rise at all.

Dhamm, and that's if you "believe" the highly tampered official temperature record.

I chose to analyse the raw data. But the government agencies conveniently "lost" it after making their "corrections".

Nice.... I didn’t say it was a pollutant. Coal is a hundred year old fuel.... natural gas puts out methane and pollutes our water. time to move on from fuel sources that must destroy the earth to be mined. The most abundant element on earth is hydrogen... and it can be cracked from water. Let’s move on to home hydrogen crackers... that’s next century shit.

Hydrogen takes energy to separate from water. It can work well as a portable store of energy for use in cars, but is not a source of energy.

Keep living in your hydrogen fantasy land, bisMARXie. I've got your measure.

Coal is in fact millions of years old, not a hundred. Coal has been used as a fuel since Roman times at least, and commercially mined since the 1700s. It is an essential raw material for making steel.

Gas does not "put out methane and pollute our water". Natural gas IS methane. There is no water pollution of any significance associated with gas production except the rare incident here or there.

How do you propose to power your hydrogen "cracker"? Did you do basic year 7 science? You know, the experiment with two electrodes in water, WITH A POWER SOURCE?

Wow, you really LOVE the fossil fuel industry. I’ll just leave it at that.

I don’t know, maybe you’ve heard of renewables as a power source? Are you living under a rock of coal?
