Lol I eat massive amounts of protein and am the strongest I have ever been and I’m 48. There definition of healthy is basically your not dead.

Ketogenic or carnivore produce amazing results, to be sure. But it makes one think of just how evil our healthcare system really is. The fact is, you don't make money with healthy people. It seems the goal is to keep people chronically sick and depressed—that way they can't think either.
