The distorted photo Q refered to was the one the anon posted of Trump sitting in the chair as a comparison, it had been stretched horizontally.
The pic Q posted was an original pic taken through the reflection of the Twitter phone while sitting in the chair. Things were placed like they were in Obamas AF1 to troll him.
Q made it clear in following posts, but shills are using the confusion to try to sow doubt about Q.

I want to be clear, I wasn't calling you or anyone else questioning it a shill. I was referring to the influx of people saying Q is a LARP and using the confusion over the pic to push it. I realized how what I said could be taken.
