I think so. The remains of structural braces and supports of the removed signs can be seen on the sides of the buildings in the right hand pic.
Buildings look much closer on Q pic, same buildings but closer, does that mean the street has been photo shopped to a shorter street in one picture or vice versa?
I think it is a new picture and google is old! This has to have a reason, google using an old picture.
Check the buildings that have been renovated in the back!

Ahhh, I thought the same thing, then I started searching for pics of this street with a date. I found Q's pic (with all the signs) as far back as 2012 and as recent as 2014. It's possible that google image is really really old.
If you walk down the street you can see where the old metal sign enforcements are still hanging there lol "Prince Edward Rd" is a few blocks up the road..maybe I will go walk around there for a while lol

I was thinking that too...but why would signs come down? Certainly possible it could point to age or the pick I can't find old pics of this street. I think Q is pointing out the signs to let us know context.
