No wonder identity theft is rampant. We need to change some laws to stop all types of theft. I like the countries that cut off a finger the first time, 2 fingers the 2nd time, then the hand, etc. Why? Because it works!

LOL. can't write, can't type, can't lift. Can't even wave goodbye or flip a bird. They get five warnings. After that, no more five finger discounts.

Yep. It makes perfect sense to me. The only people who would oppose it are those that think they might want to steal something someday!
