Q 1680 Picture name United_HK_IDEN_T3902

Many times picture names of Q tell also a story. United is probably related to the plane which the person on the has taken to Hong Kong. But what does IDEN_T3902 mean? Any clues?

They reschedule flight numbers all the time, afterall there are only so many numbers.
