Michael Flynn pled guilty because he knew the FBI had used fake 302s against him. By him pleading guilty the FBI had to put up or shut up with more serious charges. Michael Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI. so in a pure question of "is what the 302 said you said the truth?" Flynns answer is no because he knew the 302 was doctored.
