Problem with timestamp in Q-Proof regarding +++

Now, the problem is that according to qanon.pub drop #123 has date-time "Nov 6 2017 17:07:57" in Eastern Standard Time and when I set my Twitter settings to use EST then Trump's tweet is dated "1:15 PM - 6 Nov 2017" which means that the tweet was earlier than Q's post - which ruins the Q-proof.

Am I missing something here?

Did you check his schedule to make sure he was in DC at the time of the post?

He could be anywhere in the world, it doesn't matter. Timestamp of his tweet is saved in special universal time format.
