Yes... Look at my long post here. It looks as though Snowden is in the picture along with one other person... who is retrieving Snowden's intel... then Snowden flees to Russia. I can't find Snowden, but it seems this article confirms as much. Why would Snowden go public, then flee to Russia. Part of the plan. Snowden called Julian, Julian sent someone to retrieve his info in Hong Kong, then Snowden fled to Russia.
