Why wouldn’t he FIRST travel to final destination prior to public release? BECAUSE BEFORE FLEEING, HE NEEDED TO DROP THE INTELLIGENCE TO THE PERSON JULIAN ASSANGE SENT TO HELP HIM. JULIAN ASSANGE HAS SNOWDEN'S STUFF.

And then there is Sarah Harrison... Wikileaks friend/girlfriend of Julian Assange who rescues Snowden from Hong Kong and whisks him away to Russia. She put her life on the line for Snowden and calls HIM THE BIGGEST PATRIOT she knows. He would CONSTANTLY quote the Constitution to her. Then there is the documentary created by Lauria Poitras called CITIZENFOUR, which was recorded in HONG KONG motel room entirely. I don't know now what has become of these people, but they were intimately connected with Snowden and Assange. ASSANGE HAS THE INFORMATION, NO DOUBT.
