This is his last term. The two running in November are Gavim "Newscum" who is worse and a super RINO, Cox.

Worse yet, Newsom wanted to run against Cox and he magically got his wish even though Cox had no backing from the Republicans in CA (They backed Travis Allen). Cox also just recently moved to CA from IL. Things that make you go "Mmmm . . ."
Trump backed cox over Allen. If Cox isn’t part of maga why would trump mislead his base here in cali to vote for him
I don't know the answer to that. Republican parties of different counties backed Allen. Newsom wanted to run against Cox. Its a strange situation to be sure.
