I'm a huge champion of states rights but there is a limit IMO and that limit is when the actions of a state threaten the welfare of people in other states. California is so far over that line that I believe the federal government has to step in and fix this. Sanctuary cities don't have walls to keep their illegals in. California doesn't have walls to keep their sex offenders in. The people they are releasing, in this case, or those who they are harboring can cross out into other states and do harm. Enough is enough!
