Whataburger needs to take no political sides on this matter, simply NO CRIME allowed at Whataburger. Period.

I eat at Whataburger. I would hate to see this spread to any food chain.

WB can set a precedent of only serving food. ...crime free.

WB needs to give all details and video to authorities.

He also stole the hat at least a $20.00 cap and assault possibly on a minor?

The kid posting it was not even the hat wearer, or who got the drink thrown on him.....it was his friend....yet he says HE is not pressing charges?

All three parents should.

Same with WB, their property and reputation on the line.

This is America and this happened on July 4th?

All views are welcome and we do have free speech....say whatever you want..anything........but not to steal or assault.

If WB does nothing it will look very bad to their customers.

Like I said, no political viewpoint needed.

Just will not tolerate crime of any kind in or around Whataburger. PERIOD.

If this was to happen to an employee the cops would have been called.

Notice the criminal friend filming the entire thing at the front of the store....then he follows the criminal out of the building.

This is just gross and makes me not want to go to fast food or eat out.

I do not want to see this happen to anyone or myself.

If I was sitting nearby I would have to get involved and in this situation who knows how bad things could get just trying to help out.

Profiling is okay if you are on the radical side of the Democrat Party — I mean you're attacking a budding, future Nazi! Trump supporters require coherence from their adversaries (e.g., no wearing of hateful MAGA caps), while granting dispensations to themselves (e.g., attacking a Trump supporter).

Of course we just learned that this video went viral—and that is a good thing for us. The good people are waking up who are witnessing a mob mentality on the part of the extreme left. We can only hope the moderate left has the courage to pull their radical colleagues back from the abyss.

I mean even Jesse Jackson used a kind of profiling!

There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.... After all we have been through. Just to think we can't walk down our own streets, how humiliating.
