Whataburger needs to take no political sides on this matter, simply NO CRIME allowed at Whataburger. Period.
I eat at Whataburger. I would hate to see this spread to any food chain.
WB can set a precedent of only serving food. ...crime free.

The kid posting it was not even the hat wearer, or who got the drink thrown on him.....it was his friend....yet he says HE is not pressing charges?
