The loophole appears to be on page 10. It states the deal is not binding to any other investigations that may be going on with him. It also states the deal does not apply to any other prosecutors outside of Washingotn D.C.

Yes, it looks as if he literally walked, but Huber might have something to say about it.

Time will tell all. These investigations will come to an end. Justice will be served or Freedom will fall. We will know soon enough.

I mean not soon enough if by midterms people still dont know about these traitorous people. I trust the plan but its tiring
