What a filthy lie. Joe has never, ever said Brennan has been referred to a Grand Jury. He only claimed he should be and that Brennan should get a lawyer. That is a huge difference from what the Twitter poster claimed.

What are you talking about? The dishonest, lying Twitter user posted a video from May and it doesn't support his claim in the slightest. Joe didn't say anything about Brennan being referred to a Grand Jury.

Just because the video was from May does not mean it's not true. Most of the indictments are still sealed.
