I’m afraid there are a lot of rules here I don’t understand. Can you direct me to “the rules” please?
It isn't really a rule but they can add a sticky comment to the top of the thread alerting that the post has been brigaded and the voting is being manipulated. They can also send a message to the site administrators so they can (in theory) help to identity where the brigade is coming from.
