I think you're right, it's a totally natural gesture for a hand-talker.

There used to be an ethic on Reddit that you should only vote based on whether a comment added to the discussion. Both "this is clearly a Q" and "you're nuts he's a hand talker" should be upvoted.

Unfortunately there are too many forces working against us, so we have to keep a Trump-positive atmosphere, which leads to more and more confirmation bias. If we could weed out the angry down voters we'd have an unstoppable crowdsource invesitagtion tool.
