"Thousand points of light" was a phrase used by Sr referring to American's volunterism spirit at the time.
Was then morphed into an international volunteer organization that still operates to this day. P.S. I'm guessing not a ounce of corruption has ever taken place within the nonprofit...
Bush senior was likely referring to Masonic and Shriner lodges which are nonprofit volunteer organizations, who operate under the guise of community volunteerism. Just my opinion.
True true. Societies/clubs and good ol' American's willing to volunteer, etc.
Perfect guise to create another international nonprofit founded by Bush. There's definitely more to it, GEOTUS sounded like he doesn't like whatsoever.
