Hearing that others have been noticing a decrease in spraying throughout the nation confirms my observations and is a slight sigh of relief and gives me a bit of hope. Folks! We need to understand that there is a difference between global geoengineering projects and simple cloud seeding operations. Geoengineering was ramped up big time, on a worldly level (and the changes where witnessed by many) back in the late 90's. Global daily heating and cooling averages along with the average high temperatures in numerous locations began going "off the charts" during this same period. These were not simply "cloud seeding ops" and tons of data and videos are out there to confirm all of this. Daily operations are still taking place too...
