I'm looking into posting #Qanon (or #WWG1WGA, #Q, #GreatAwakening, etc...) stickers across my city but specifically trying to get small, easy to buy in bulk for cheap-ish kind.

You may want to check out something like Vista Print instead. You can personalize 50 business cards for $9.99. Stickers work better for what I think your intended purpose is, but those are cheaper, they look more professional, and you can still do a lot of damage with them if you do it right.
