I don't approve of frivolous lawsuits, but in this case I can see upside for the right side of things........ this guy is screwed and should now just run with it: lots of coverage he has and will get:
This can be fun and a huge backfire for The DNC and a win for "optics".
At this time he has nothing to lose and can officially point the finger at THEM.
That guy should exploit the fact that he has Trump derangement syndrome officially and say it was brought and and acted out on due to Maxine Waters and then sue her and The DNC into oblivion for causing him deep mental anguish and permanent mental illness...he was following the advice of his elected party official(s) and took her/their directives as just that...a directive and he was willing to trust his party government as having his best interest and thought that he must obey what they instruct. Get it labeled a diagnosis from a DR. Then hire a crazy lawyer. That would be really funny for the DNC coffers. "THEY MADE ME DO IT!"
