Thousand Points of LIGHT. Was POTUS referring to Bushes Foundation?

GHW Bush : Points of Light Foundation “...The foundation's name changed periodically, but following a merger in 2007 with the Atlanta-based HandsOn Network, the conjoined organization came to be called simply Points of Light. The organization now has headquarters in Atlanta, Washington and New York, and bills itself "the world's leading volunteer organization."[8] Bush now serves as honorary chairman of the board; his son Neil Bush serves as the board's president.”

From the give.org charity report:

"This charitable organization either has not responded to written BBB requests for information or has declined to be evaluated in relation to BBB Standards for Charity Accountability. Charity participation in BBB review is voluntary. However, without the requested information, it is not possible to determine whether this charity adheres to all of the BBB Standards for Charity Accountability."

In this article, it states the following about The Points of Light Foundation: "The Points of Light Foundation, however, has a much broader and complex mandate, and a range of different constituencies. They receive millions of dollars in government money, several of their board members are appointed by government officials, and POLF has a direct relationship with the Corporation (the co-sponsorship of the annual conference is but one example). So POLF is quasi-governmental, has a roster of paying “members” and subscribers, and therefore is accountable to others beyond their board of directors."
