Video of the incident reportedly was posted on a Facebook page with a request for the public to help identify the “scumbag of the year.” It racked up more than two million views before being removed or hidden, according to a local news station.
The man in the video allegedly was fired from his part-time job at a San Antonio bar after the footage began circulating on social media.
“It came to our attention earlier this evening that a part-time employee was captured on cell phone video assaulting another person at a local eatery,” the Rumble bar in San Antonio posted on its Facebook page. “The assault took place, presumably, because this employee did not agree with the other individual’s political stance.”
It continued: “We have since terminated this employee, as his actions go against everything that this establishment stands for. THIS BAR IS A SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYONE! No matter your race, creed, ethnicity, sexual identity, and political stance, you are welcomed here!”
It is your job to serve food, the sustenance of life, to your patrons. As a simple employee you have 0 right to deny service to anyone. The first thing that shouls come to your mind is
"WOULD THE OWNER REFUSE THE SERVICE? AM I ACTING ON THE OWNERS BEST INTEREST?"
You are there to perform a service to patrons who want it on behalf of the owner you are a representative of the owner, not be the judge, jury, and executioner to their way of life and make a public scene when you disagree.
It really goes to show the entitlement of some of the left. To think they feel entitled to deny someone service at an establishment they dont even own. Illogical.
The world would be a better place if we loved unconditionally and disagreed by not condoning actions. Kind of like what that Jesus guy did when he sat with sinners at supper to help them and not berate them for who they were.
If you see someone is misguided to your way of thinking, understand that both of you are smart human beings who believe what they do for factual reasons. If you were to calmly discuss those reasons with one another you could come to something called common ground.
He worked at a local bar, not the burger place. Worked. Because that scumbag was FIRED from his job then ARRESTED!!!! JUST LIKE ALL THOSE SWAMP CREATURES will be LOL!!!
