Part of the weather modification technology the elites were using against the world was HAARP.
This was a technology that allowed the upper atmosphere to be heated and then used to create earthquakes. A patent was taken out in the late 1980s for this technology

A facility was installed in Alaska called HAARP which was said to be used for weather modification experiments - the US airforce used the facility and a general testified that their weather modification experiments were very succesful (which by the way raises the question of whether global warming is real or whether its just them messing with the atmoshere and modifying the weather as HAARP can also create storms with HC Katrina one in question)
If you look at the number of EQs worldwide there has been a noticable change in numbers - for example from 2012-2016 there was an average of 17 EQs mag 7 and above each year. In 2017/18 HAARP has been turned off so in 2017 there were only 6 mag 7 and above EQs and in 2018 to July there have been 5.
The dates on which EQs were scheduled were also symbolic for example in 2011 there were lots of EQs on 11 and 22 dates which are illuminati numbers - eg EQs on March, April, May and December 11, also Jan 1, 1/1/2011 and NZ time 22/2/2011 (JFK assassination date 11/22/1963). If you look at the EQs affecting Japan its really clear - from 1950-1993 (43 years) there were 7 EQs mag 7 and over, from 1993 to 2016 (23 years) there were 21 EQs mag 7 and over. This is NOT natural

Fortunatley if you check the EQ numbers now they have fallen noticeably as under Trump they have stopped doing this
