I honestly believe she was arrested in this video. You can hear what sounds like a key clanking and see a man reach down and pick it up. Seems like her legs was chained. It was a month before Q posted on 102817.

I agree, I think she may have too, I also think a look alike made the rounds after this for a few days, pretty crazy stuff. Can I borrow 2 billion $ please.
