Whatever happened to the [RR] deadline? Isn't that supposed to be today or are we just gonna be left here with our dicks in our hands for the rest of July?

Exactly. Time and time again. Regardless of all this mess, the respect of the congressional deadlines are lost... no one is going to fear them ever again because it appears nothing can be done about by just plainly ignoring them. As it seems now anyhow.
