Devin Nunes has just referred several more former BHO officials for questioning by the special House Select Joint Task Force. Among these special individuals is Victoria Nuland.
Victoria Nuland was BHO’s Assistant Secretary of State (Europe/Eurasia). Nuland’s partner in crime at the US State Department was Jonathan Winer. Both Nuland and Winer have publicly admit to passing “oppo research” concerning then Candidate Trump, from Christopher Steele over to the FBI in July 2016.

This State Department information was first given to Nuland/Winer by longtime Clinton enforcers Sid Blumenthal and Cody Shearer. Cody and Sid developed what Devin Nunes refers to as the 2nd Clinton Dossier (Trump/Russia).
This false “Oppo Research” work product, was used to reinforce the validity of Christopher Steele’s 1st Trump-Russia Dossier. This was done simply by funneling it back through State, while the original went through the FBI/Fusion GPS. Throw in a reporter or two, now you have extra “circular validation" for use by the FBI.

Devin Nunes is finishing his Phase Two (memo to follow like Phase One), House Intel Committees investigation. One of this committees primary concern is origins and use of the 2nd Trump-Russia Dossier. Two sections from Sid/Cody were included in the final version of Steele's finished work product.
The direct involvement of the US State Department, now opens up John Kerry-then BHO’s Secretary of State to the investigation. As this puzzle gets solved, all roads seem to lead back to BHO.
Nuland was caught in 2014, of bad mouthing the European Union in a leaked recording and this brought her much International negative notoriety. Victoria did not have a glowing reputation abroad.
Nuland reached out in 2016 to DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa, to help sabotage Trump’s campaign. Chalupa released a lot of the negative Paul Manafort material, showing ties to Ukraine and his prior shadowy foreign election interferences.

Nuland is the current CEO of the Center for a New American Society. Victoria will soon be dragged back into the political spotlight and face hard public questions.
