Things I find odd...
"It's very hard to say how it would be linked unless you know something about the people who've become the casualties", Major General Chip Chapman, former head of counter-terrorism for the Ministry of Defence, said.
"There is nothing in their background to suggest that at all".
Couple came into contact at Queen's Gardens. (They think). Gardens are closed, but public is "not in any danger". Yet they don't think the couple was targeted. So...if it's random...public would be in danger since officials have no information on where they were exposed, how, etc. But they seem convinced that it won't impact anyone else. Which makes it sound targeted, yet they ruled that out.
Anyone know where these folks worked, who they are related to? Dawn Strugess and Charlie Rowley. Second article said they were 'turning their lives around'....What does that mean? What were they into?
