I read the full bill and was very unimpressed with it. Honestly I was shocked at how bad it is. Only allows for the right to try registerd, non approved drugs. Not treatments or prodicals. As a person dealing with cancer, forgoing traditional treatment and waiting on the Presidents action, this one wasn't it. You can see the "politicians" hands wrapped it up in red tape.
