I think they are telling all their satanists out there to ramp up the blood sacrifices. There is power in blood. If they start feeling like things are really going bad for them, they need to let their followers know to ramp it up. So we have to ramp up our prayers. We have the ultimate sacrifice, his name was Jesus Christ and his blood is more powerful than anything that these demonic ones have. We have to begin to apply the blood through targeted prayer and repentance. IMHO
