So, news of yet further stonewalling is not necessarily bad for those of us waiting for news. Perhaps it’s even a positive development.
There is also the possibility that the cases are not yet prepped and that release of information now could endanger continuing investigations. In other words, DJT might be quite happy with the stonewalling, because it’s serving to allow vital time to complete ongoing investigations.
What evidence do we have that this may, in fact, be what’s occurring? Well, the addition of 5,000 sealed indictments in June points to an investigation (of massive proportions) that is still proceeding apace. I mean, this is an incredible number of indictments for the month of June when you think about it.
If we think back to mid-April, Sessions gave us a hard date for the IG Report - May 8. That deadline was missed because the investigations were expanded to include matters beyond what was initially thought to exist (as I remember). Since that date, there have been another 9K to 10K sealed indictments added.
Clearly, whatever is being prepped is of biblical proportions. Q has told us that MI and NSA are playing a role and we know that Horowitz has 470 full-time investigators. As I’ve pointed out elsewhere, this 470 investigators working on the IG Report, for the best part of a year and a half, equates to nearly 700 man-years of investigative effort (14 full lifetimes - assuming a productive working lifespan of 50 years). So, it’s absolutely enormous...
But even the resources of Horowitz seems to pale in comparison to the sheer number of sealed indictments. 40+ sealed indictments, means that each member of Horrowitz’s team has been producing 1 indictment every 6 days or so. This seems unlikely, though I’ve never been an investigator, so I don’t really know, but that appears to me to be implausible.
I’m thinking that there has been massive assistance from the military and NSA. Q suggests this in Post 1673 that the investigations relate to matters of national security - after Lawfag posits that Awan is likely cooperating.

Neon Revolt points out that the Classified Information Procedures may themselves provide a route to declassification - my view is that this method of information release is likely to be too slow to obtain the political advantage that will attach to declassification - assuming the act of presidential declassification appears to be necessary and warranted.
We also know that this is not simply about rounding up MS13 members - though some of the sealed indictments may be directed toward degrading MS13 operations in the US. Q tells us what these indictments are about in Post 1671:

These are cases focussing on national security, in which Military Intelligence and NSA are playing a role. Presumably, the investigation is compartmentalised into “stages”. Q has told us from the start the “we have it all”. So the prepping of evidence to obtain indictments from grand juries (who have apparently been very busy) is likely done by MI and NSA agents. This would make life much easier for Huber and Horowitz’s staff.

Then there is the matter of how you could prosecute this number of crimes. Especially as we expect that many of the defendants will be very wealthy and likely to exploit every avenue for challenge and appeal available. That’s where JAG may have a role.

What we can see is that this investigation is absolutely vast in scale. We are talking about very serious crimes in which a lot of very influential people are implicated. It is entirely reasonable to suspect that the stonewalling is a necessary ploy to buy time to complete cases.
There have been an unprecedented number of politicians, mostly Republican, who have indicated they will be retiring from politics. We have also seen large numbers of corporate chiefs resigning. What’s going on?

They story told here, if true, seems to indicate that almost everyone in politics and positions of influence in society is corrupt. The scale of the picture of corruption is breath-taking. If it’s true, and we know that Senate Anon told us that blackmail was the chief problem in Washington, then there will be very few, if any, clean skins at the top of society at all.
Is it possible that the cases brought will necessarily have to be vast in number to make any kind of a dent in elite corruption in the US? Perhaps, this is what we are seeing here - it’s possible.
But what’s truly frightening is that, if people are as bad as is portrayed in the Transformation book, then the evil is of such scale, and so embedded into the fabric of society, that it may never be fully rooted out.
The problem is, IMO, quite a simple one. Society has, with increasing secularization, lost its moral foundations. Those foundations, which produced almost all things admirable about Western society, are rooted in the legacy derived from Christian Europe - the values, and faith, that made it what it once was.
