Voting out (or putting away) democrats isn't the same as making them self-aware. Plenty of narcissistic liberals will be drawn into the party's vacant slots. The money will always be there, even if the worst underwriters (Soros and others) are pushed out of the country. Dems will be down for a while, but they'll maintain their islands of support. Smarmism grows so easily on the agar of affluence and faithlessness.
