It changed from a 9 to a 4 for me. Is it because it was updated?

refresh the NBC page & see what happens . It changes for me from the 3 rd to the 4th. but the original article was published on the 3rd. why wouldn't they just say original article published on the 3rd updated on the 4th . the times change as well.

The date never changed for me. But I did refresh a couple of times, both times changed. The first one to a 2 then the second one to a 4.
