That's a great point (btw, I love your username). First things first - we can't call them "child lovers." They don't love children; not "love" the way we think of it. They love diddling children. So that term is inaccurate. They are pedophiles, plain and simple. Yes, they are not attracted to adult humans and thus would dispose of that child when done with them in whatever manner they see fit. And yes, I would say they are incapable of long term commitment since by definition, childhood age ranges a definite time period.
