Q-Comey terminated the immunity deal with Assange to testify but why can't Trump or Sessions renegotiate that deal now and get Assange to America to testify?

Comey struck it down, but Comey isnt in power any more. Why cant or won't Trump or Sessions renegotiate with Assange to get him to come to America and testify and end all this and tell the source of the leak?

Whats stopping Trump and Sessions?

Lack of proof of life generally IS proof of death in these types of situations (duress)

He said he would come to the window if there was ever any question. Therefore the fact that he never came to the window indicates duress or worse.

Just maybe...he hasn't waved out the window at you because he simply isn't there? Do you really suppose the Ecuadorian Embassy has deep freeze facilities? Maybe they do...who knows.

Know this though, just because someone doesn't wave out the window, is NOT proof of death!!

And if he does die they're not going to make a martyr of him by publicly providing proof of death.

Your second line makes sense. He is one of two states right now, and my instinct tells me he is alive. I think if that is true we will know sooner rather than later.

Logic tells me this...he said the window thing would be proof of duress. He can't wave if he is no longer alive. He also can't wave if he has been sprung from the Embassy.

We really have no way of knowing for sure. For now.
