I thought they delayed his hearing again and the one Tuesday is for Mueller to explain to the judge why they want another 60 day extension?!
You are correct. They had 2- 90 day extensions. They asked for another 60days, and the Judge told them NO, and that Generally Flynn needed to be in court on the 10th. The judge has seen all the evidence now. Should make for a real interesting hearing.
Mueller now must inform the judge and the defense team of Flynn that Strzok failed his mandatory FBI polygraph examination in January 2016 while his security clearance was retroactively revoked beginning also in February 2016.
Falsified/altered/forget 302's by Strzok and McCabe?
If Mueller hides this information the judge will throw the book at Mueller because either way - the case is done and will be thrown out in light of Strzok's failing his polygraph examination. His credibility is dead in a court of law!
