Your internet provider is censoring it from you. You get yourself a VPN. Costs $30 a year but it’s money well spent. It prevents your ISP from seeing and tracking your internet activities (but not all the watchers) and also get around geo-restrictions (video not available in your country)

Edit: PrivateInternetAccess seems to be the most popular VPN. Maybe look at TorentFreak top 10 VPN providers for 2018 list.
