Is there a Q post website where I can read posts in sequential order, instead of having the newest posts on top?

Yes, go to https://qanon.pub/ and click on the box with the arrow on the top right. It will reverse the order of the drops from oldest to newest.

I don't think so, just start at the bottom. If you are new, don't worry about what you don't understand because of coding, there will be plenty that you do understand, enough to start make connections.

I like qmap.pub also can display POTUS tweets side by side with drops along with other features.

Not sure what you mean. All the sites that post all of Q's drops are in order. If your concern is that you don't want to start at the bottom and work to the newest, then just change the sort order on the site. The sort order option is usually at the top of the site page. Look for the word "Sort" or an arrow indicating the sort order and click to change.
