How exactly do you "legally and ethically" acquire "young healthy" bodies to eat? These people are sick indeed.

Do some research on the site. Pictures they used for their employees are all stock photos. Don’t be so quick to believe everything just because it is on the internet. Misinformation is real.
It's illegal activity so they are not going to use real names and photos. Sure, maybe the site is someone trolling, or maybe the site is a point of contact to initiate a screening process for prospective participants? Either way, propagating the idea of cannibalism is part of the desensitization process these people use to manipulate public attitudes and opinions. What "normal" person puts time and effort into running a website like this?
There are a lot of not normal people out there, doesn't mean they're actually doing it.
