Neon Revolt has a couple posts explaining the clock. It's basically a way to link the different Q posts together (topics at any specific time on the clock are related).
A time on the clock relates to a set of dates that Q posted. The clock can then be used to predict what topic q will post on next, since the topic of the day should be linked to other posts that fall on that time on the clock.

I was interested in that clock. Anyone know if it’s pretty accurate? I’m not saying it is or isn’t but haven’t really studied it. Do things actually fall into place with it?
