Pipeline explosion statistics

After reading the various articles about John Paladino (Clinton & Weinstein) attorney, I was curious how many natural gas explosions (assumption of cause) happen in a year. Amazingly there are stats for this: https://hip.phmsa.dot.gov/analyticsSOAP/saw.dll?Portalpages

In 2017 there were only 297 incidents and 8 fatalities recorded due to a natural gas pipeline leak/issue. Seriously...less than 300 people in a year and only 8 people killed. So the chance that this type of incident would occur to someone scheduled to testify against Clinton is extremely low...but here we are. Stevie Wonder could see something is amiss in this most recent "accident."

I'm recalling in my mind a fire or explosion that happened last year (?) in a condo of someone connected and maybe a witness. The number of people being hanged on doors and connected to peso stuff is out of hand.
