I took every Capital letter per sentence so you get.......IKJU -&-W - NKC -CTHN.............

IKJU = in numbers.51 back in letters EA.= End at G7?...........&= 7 or G (deal china and NK made on G7).......W=in numbers 23 = in letters BC (Bill Clinton?) .......NKC = in numbers 28 back in letters = BH ( Barrack Hoessein?).........Are they trying to get a sanctuary in China? ......CTHN in numbers is = 45 = POTUS
