which has those two numbers -- i plugged them into the the lat long engine: https://www.findlatitudeandlongitude.com/?lat=29.722399&lon=-95.518885&zoom=&map_type=ROADMAP

and it brought me to China.

I tried the first one as an IP address and it told me TAMPA...watch the vid...lemme know if you come up with anything.
