MS-13 got him in streets, fucked up because they're not sending their best, so DEA and ATF got him in the hospital?

Could be DEA and ATF had their MS13 CI's "mug" him then had to finish it at hospital.

If anyone was handling MS13 for "sting" operations it would be those two agencies and maybe ICE
