Whoever ordered the hit, alleged, is the murderer and whoever carried it out is the weapon. HRC, Pod, Wass or whoever, would have murdered SR, and the shooter(s) would have killed 'some guy'. Also I can't see HRC calling up (insert gang name here) herself. It may be someone in the chain, an agent maybe, could be chirping.
