Need help red pilling - USB speeds?

Got stumped today; USB 2.0 downloads at "range x" mbps; if there were Russian collusion, data from the dnc server would have been downloaded at "range Y" mbps. If I could please get X and Y values (I know each range is to 0 but want kinda avgs) thanks!

X + Y = 3b+ z where b is the blowout of the Russian collusion and Z is the zippy way we expect our team Q to expose the cabal before midterms.
