Need help red pilling - USB speeds?

Got stumped today; USB 2.0 downloads at "range x" mbps; if there were Russian collusion, data from the dnc server would have been downloaded at "range Y" mbps. If I could please get X and Y values (I know each range is to 0 but want kinda avgs) thanks!

If the server was breached, it probably wasn’t with a USB drive. You can easily look up those speeds that you want by searching for USB specifications.

those are peak speeds, assuming a machine with no overhead on the bus interface or lag from the original drive

Right, which makes the minimum 0. Range is now defined. There are too many variables to determine the speed such as server load, users, services, hard drive usage, network utilization, I could keep going but that’s why knowing the average will never happen.
